I like it here. Pizza is good, nice atmosphere. Try the garlic knots.

Was a very regular customer, with delivery at least 1-2 times per week beginning when they were still Pepe's. Once they changed over to Napolis, the food and service dropped like a rock. After bad delivery after bad delivery (wrong food, no sauce on cannelloni, etc.), we still gave them another chance. This time my food came with bits of cut up wire in the pasta sauce! I actually drove it back to the store and the owner/manager couldn't have cared less. In fact, he called the previous no-sauce incident an acceptable mistake (for a pasta dish!?!?!) and this one was just "don't know how that happened." once I told him this regular customer was never coming back, his only comment was "glad you got that off your chest." Unbelievable attitude for a neighborhood restaurant....such a change from the old ownership. Avoid them at all costs until they get someone with half a brain for customer service and quality running the place....

Beware! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Steve is the most disgusting owner of a company I've ever encountered!!! Absolutely horrific! If you complain, he will call you a liar, curse at you, and loudly attack you in front of a restaurant full of people. He even kicked me out of the restaurant and called me names! He acted like a complete a**! I was in TEARS! I literally considered calling the police and felt threatened and unsafe! He then chased me outside and continued to yell at me! Biggest most dishonest jerk I've ever encountered! I'll be writing TONS of reviews and contacting BBB right NOW!

EXCELLENT! My husband and I had the calamari which was SOO tender you can tell they make it in house and the chicken pesto pizza was outrageous! You have to have the garlic knots too... A true east coast favorite! Highly recommend!

Found this place on one of our motorcycle rides. First visit started out bla, food was not hot so it went back. I was expecting it to get microwaved but no they made a whole new dish. Props to the chef!! The second time we went every thing was spot on. The garlic knots are great but great things can be better. Ask for extra garlic butter will definitely be back!! On a side note keep an eye out for local Pro golfers that live in the area!

Delicious pizza!! We are picky about our pizza and we were impressed with the thin crust and flavor. We got pepperoni and sausage and it wasn't greasy at all. Fabulous place that we would return to when traveling north. Restaurant was clean and staff was very nice.

Usually one of my favorite but my last visit will be my last visit. Lunch took 45 minutes to come out, sandwiches were cold, waitress was not very apologetic, and to top it all off, there were roaches in the bathroom. My complaint to the manager and her response left me unimpressed. Oh well, I won't be back!

I've had pizza from here a few times via takeout & delivery. It's not my favorite pizza; maybe it's different when you're in the place so I haven't given up hope just yet. For dinner last night we shared a small Greek pizza and an order of 10 hot wings. The wings were bigger than we were expecting and made us very glad we had only ordered the small. They were good & while some might consider them hot, I would say they were more on the mild/medium scale. They lost it for me on the pizza. It was overly sauced - for my tastes - and the crust was a bit chewy. And we had the unfortunate situation of where all the cheese and toppings would pull off the slice when you took a bite. It had good flavor and I haven't given up all hope. I'll give them one more shot & dine in, but it's going to take an impressive meal to change my mind. On a side note - I have tried their zucchini fries on a separate occasion, and they are quite tasty.

Amazing customer service, delicious food! I called to order a last minute surprise birthday lunch to be delivered. I live in Tampa. I thought this should be no big deal. I called several lunch places, which stated they had delivery, only to be told, no, we don't have delivery, click went the phone! I wasn't thinking about an Italian restaurant, but I am so grateful I did! I spoke to KODY, he was phenomenal! I told him what I wanted, he helped me with suggestions and he as promised delivered a speedy delicious birthday lunch to the birthday boy at his place of work! He said the philly cheese steak and french fries were delicious and the dessert (not sure of name) puff pastries with raspberry sauce to dip were awesome too! I asked if they could write a birthday note on the box, never thinking that would happen, but they did, and it was perfect!!! Thank you Kody, I was so thankful for everything being on point! Honestly things like that, even when you go in person, let alone calling on the phone from miles away, never happen! Check this place out, next time I'm in the area, I will definitely be eating there!!!

This is a place where you go for pizza, eggplant parm, etc. you don't come for a fancy fish dish. We get our take out pizza from here, and have never been disappointed. I'm very fussy and ask always ask for a crispy crust. Only issue is the service. Take a note from the chain restaurants and train your staff, and hire more servers. There were too many at the counter, not enough in the dining room. This is a comment Napolis needs to address, as it's mentioned around PVB.

I would drive past a dozen pizza places to get to Napolis--it is the best pizza at the beaches. We love their salads, calzones, you name it! When our family visits from NY/NJ and PA, they consider Napoli's on par with the best Italian food they get at home.

I usually order Steve's New Jersey style pizza. However, tonight I had the lasagna. Absolutely delicious. All fresh ingredients lovingly assembled by Steve himself. Sorry I haven't tried it sooner.

I bookmarked this place a while ago. I finally decided to try it I'm glad I did to. I sat at the bar like always. This way I can find out about the place. Well today it was Tara one of the owners. The boss the wife same thing right? They are from Point Pleasant which is right down the shore from where I go to in Jersey, Atlantic Highlands. We got to exchange stories about the coast and how it has chanced over the years. Even more so since Hurricane Sandy. he was quite pleasant and they got busy and I to eating. That's why I came right. It's lunch and I'm a fat kid. I ordered the New Jersey Famous Fries and a Italian Sub. The fries were good just not as crispy as I would have liked but the bacon and the fresh cheeses were right up my alley. The sub served hot was full of meat and very tasty. Just like the Jersey subs I'm used to. The bread I know it was locally made but it seemed as good as I remember from the shore. Now this place isn't that far from work so it could be right up there on my to go list.

After a round of golf my friend and I go to Napoli's and get a half a tossed or cease salad and a slice. So, I go a lot... my wife says too much. But, I love their pizza. I like their sauce and toppings. We have been other times and have gotten some of the entrees or sandwiches... haven't had one I didn't like. The place can get crowded which will slow things down. But, if you go at noon or at 6 PM, you kinda deserve it. We have had nothing but good service, but want to give a special shout out to Stephanie. If you don't like this place, there is a dominos close by. More for us!

Have eaten there several times and had delivery just recently. Fortunately, we live close by and can sample the many delicious items on the menu. The latest large meat eaters pizza we had delivered was huge and delicious. Staff is always friendly. My go to Italian restaurant.

I'm an Italian from Long Island, living in Honolulu, visiting Florida, so I did not expect such good, tasty Italian food here in Ponte Vedra. What a surprise! My dish was probably the best Italian food I've had in years, other than in my own kitchen. Some of us had frutti di mare, which was rich with seafood and had a delicious fra diablo sauce. A friend had mussels marinara, which she loved, and. My husband had a wonderful shrimp dish. The garlic rolls were to die for. Our server was charming and fun, and one of the owners stopped by the table. What a surprise this place was!

I paid $38 for two meals delivered and gave a $10 tip. The order was incomplete so I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He said they were too busy to make the order right. But if I came in he would give me a store credit for the missing garlic rolls and salad. I think they should have at least comped one of the meals since our dinner was expensive and not delivered as promised because of negligence. My feeling is that if you cannot handle the delivery business then don't offer the service. We spend at least $120 a week eating out and would like to use the delivery service because the food is good. I guess with pizza it may not matter but if you want anything better you should just go out and get what you want so that you can get the quality you pay for and a manager/owner that gives a crap. I included the owner because I sent an email from their website and after 2 weeks have not heard back. Guess they do not need my business.

If you want true NY style Pizza, this is the place to go. Don't waste your time with any place else in Ponte Vedra. Originally from up north, the owner has brought the recipe for real pizza here. Try the dinners as well, all original Italian style. Never had anything bad here. They just expanded their dining area and will also have outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

Very busy on recent Friday night even with expanded dining room,it very noisy with kids running all over unattended. Pizza great, Greek salad and antipasto very good as well. Garlic knots undercooked. Bar is quieter option with Bolla wines for their house selections. Will continue to go there. Must try mussels and veal dishes. Worth the trip for sure......

This rating is for Pizza only as I haven't eaten in the restaurant...I have had the Caprese/greek salad both generous portions and very good. The Pizza is VERY good..Think Boston/Newyork...thinner crust, not greasy perfect amount of cheese and seasoning...Delivery a bonus but not for my thighs..

This is the place that has replaced Al's for pizza in my household. However, I think the prices are still a bit high. I've never eaten there - only takeout and/or delivery, so I cannot comment on restaurant service.

No Gluten-free options. Mixed review - Food was good, service really bad, tight seating - probably best for take-out

Very good local pizza. Great salads, very reasonably priced, consistent good service. It is evident that they try to please the customer. Keep it up. Grazie!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
